Louise 

Louise studied sports massage under an Olympic physiotherapist and is a card carrying member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.  In her spare time she is an avid sports woman which gives her further insight into the demands of physical activity on the body. 

After completing a two year Sports & Sports Massage Level 3 Extended BTEC qualification at Suffolk New College she founded Hands On Therapies with a view to deliver accessible treatments to the region. She has previously worked for 2 years in Public Health, delivering physical activity and nutrition to clients with a range of needs. This gives her a more advanced knowledge of the workings of the body as a whole. .

Louise is an enthusiastic supporter of local grass roots sport, and has attended many events as a volunteer as well as massage & first aid support. She holds a up to date First Aid at Work Certificate and is fully insured by the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
